We have booked our wedding and made our non-refundable deposits. I'm feeling a bit queasy at the amount of money I've just spent -- which is merely a fraction of what this event is going to cost!
Our ceremony will be on June 9 at the Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas, on the Ponte di al Piazza Bridge over the canal. Only a handful of family and close friends will be invited.
Our reception will be on June 17 in Chicago in the Wrigley Building.
I am so relieved to have this major task out of the way.
